Every Sunday, we show up. We share space. We ask the tough questions.

This isn’t a lecture, and it’s not a class. It’s a chance to reset, rethink, and reimagine your path. Whether you’re an athlete leaving the game or a coach thinking about what’s next, the question is the same: What will you build now?

We’ll talk about the stuff that matters—mental wellness, personal development, identity, and finding your footing when the game changes. How to transition with grace, how to pivot with purpose.

An hour to show up. 15-20 minutes for questions that push us forward. It’s not about the perfect answer—it’s about exploring the next step.
